Executive development frameworks: biological recalibration and strategic alignment
Three formats for leaders and leadership teams, from one intensive day with your executive committee to a residential week at the source of the Nile. Each one trains the same method at a different depth.
In person and hybrid · one full day
High-immersion corporate seminars for boards and executive teams
Eight hours of work in the room with your leadership team. This is where the method stops being an idea and becomes something the team has done together.
- 01Seminar
Eliminating synthetic organisational urgency to multiply bottom-line yield
Where the pressure is manufactured
Most executive committees live in manufactured urgency: meetings that exist to calm anxiety, decisions reopened because nobody owned them, and a pace set by the most reactive person in the room.
The seminar maps where that urgency is produced in your organisation and removes it, so that the time and attention of the committee go to the few decisions that move the result.
- 02Seminar
Institutionalising the Single-Attention Collapse across management layers
One question, the whole room
The institute's protocol for deciding one question at a time, with the full attention of everyone present, and closing it before opening the next. Trained with the committee, then carried into the layers below it.
Online · eight hours, live
Global masterclasses and executive neuro-training
Full-day online sessions with registration, for leaders anywhere. Structured practice with the method, not a talk with slides. Places are limited by the format.
- 01Masterclass
Parallel information processing and alpha-theta states
Attention as a trainable skill
Breathing and attention practices that move you out of the reactive, narrow state of chronic urgency and into the calm, wide focus that complex decisions need. Meditation research associates these states with changes in alpha and theta activity; we treat that as a direction of training, not as a promise.
- 02Masterclass
Non-linear decision frameworks in high-volatility markets
Reading trajectories, not only data
How experienced leaders combine analysis with trained intuition: when a gut call is reliable, when it is not, and how to test it before committing capital or people.
Uganda · seven days, six nights
7-day residential executive boot camps
A week on the shore of Lake Victoria, at the source of the Nile. Fifteen cabins, in luxury and standard categories, and never more than thirty people. USD 4,750 per person.
- 01Boot camp
A deep reset from chronic sympathetic overload
Out of alarm mode
Seven days away from the stimulation that keeps the nervous system on alert: sleep, nature, full board, breathwork, temazcal and lymphatic therapies, and hands in the garden.
- 02Boot camp
Mastery of Cosmic Meditation and heart rate variability recalibration
Led by Juan Pablo
Daily Cosmic Meditation with Juan Pablo Ochoa, and breathing work aimed at the coherence of heart rate variability: the body's own measure of how well it recovers.
- 03Boot camp
Re-anchoring corporate and family strategy from your future self
The last days
With the noise gone, the week closes on strategy: the company, the board and the family wealth, decided from the person you intend to be rather than from the pressure of the quarter.
What we measure
Measurable executive metrics: physiological stability and operational velocity
We do not publish averaged results we have not yet collected. These are the indicators we ask you to track before and after a programme, with your own data.
- Resting heart rate and the trend of your heart rate variability
- Hours and quality of sleep, week on week
- Time from a strategic question arriving to the decision being closed
- Decisions reopened after being taken
- Hours in meetings against hours of focused work
- Your own rating of decision fatigue at the end of the day
The closest range
One to one with Juan Pablo
Beyond the programmes there is a private diagnostic session with Juan Pablo Ochoa via Google Meet, for CEOs, founders, board members and managing partners.
It is where most leaders should start: in one confidential call you find out whether the work fits, and which of the three formats makes sense for you or your team.
