The Cosmic Wolf Institute is based in Business Village, Deira, Dubai. Its founder, Juan Pablo Ochoa Vivanco, has spent four decades in leadership positions across international firms and has coached CEOs in Dubai and Mexico. The coaching works on two levels at once: the state you decide from, and the decisions themselves.
The context
Dubai concentrates regional headquarters, family groups, funds and founders from every continent. Many senior leaders here are expatriates running teams across several countries, with diaries set by time zones and flights rather than by their own priorities.
That context has a particular cost. Sleep is broken by travel, decisions pile up between trips, and the people around a CEO are rarely in a position to say that something is going wrong. An executive coach is one of the few people who can say it plainly.
It also demands range. A leadership coach in Dubai works with Arab, European, Asian and Latin American ways of leading, often in the same week. The institute works in English and Spanish.
The approach
Most executive coaching works on behaviour and goals. This work starts one level lower, because judgement degrades in the body before it shows in the results.
Somatic Sovereignty
Sleep, recovery, resting heart rate and heart rate variability if you track them. Acute stress shifts control away from the prefrontal cortex towards more habitual responses (Arnsten, 2009), so the first job is to protect the state you decide from.
Temporal density
Where the diary is full and the output is not. The coaching looks for what can be removed, delegated or closed, so that each hour carries more strategic weight without adding hours.
Alpha Strategy
The decisions and negotiations in front of you now: reading the room, trusting a tested intuition, and closing agreements from authority rather than from pressure.

An executive coach works on performance, leadership and decisions with people who are functioning, often under heavy load. A therapist treats psychological conditions. The institute does not provide medical or psychological treatment. If what you describe needs a doctor or a therapist, you will be told plainly and pointed in that direction.
Yes. Private sessions with Juan Pablo are held via Google Meet, which suits leaders who travel or split their time between Dubai and other markets. Work with whole leadership teams is usually better in the room, which is why the corporate seminars run in person or in a hybrid format.
CEOs, founders, board members and managing partners who carry decisions nobody above them can take, and who notice that performance is costing more each quarter: shorter sleep, slower decisions, less patience.
