There is no subscription and no membership to cancel. You buy a module, or you buy the eight, and what you buy is yours to work through at your own pace.
Each module is a self-contained episode in video, with the audio on its own for the days you would rather listen than watch. The idea, the science under it, and the practice you can start the same day. Taken in order, the eight build the full architecture of the method, from Somatic Sovereignty through to Alpha Strategy.

What you get
The practice, not just the theory
Every module ends where it should: with something you can do. Breathwork you can run tomorrow morning, a way to hold a room, a way to come down from an hour that went badly.
The science is stated plainly and the limits are stated too. Nothing here treats a condition or replaces a healthcare professional, and you will not be told otherwise.
