Most senior leaders answer pressure with more hours, more meetings and more urgency. Past a certain point, that is exactly what degrades the decisions that matter.

In 2026 the Knowledge Lab at the University of Chicago put Juan Pablo Ochoa's work through its study on automating scientific idealisation. The verdict: thought-provoking and actionable. The University then invited him to continue in laboratory testing.
