If you write to us through the contact form, we receive your name, your email address, what you tell us you lead, the subject you selected and your message. If you subscribe to the newsletter, we receive your email address.

We use those details to reply to you and, where you asked for it, to send you the newsletter. We do not sell them, and we do not pass them to third parties beyond the service providers that make the website and our email work.

We keep enquiries for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards. Newsletter subscriptions we keep until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any message.

If you speak with Vega, the institute's virtual guide, your conversation is processed to answer you and may be reviewed by the institute to improve the service. Do not share health information, credentials or anything you would not put in an email.

Vega gives no medical or psychological advice, and does not replace a healthcare professional.

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address above and we will act on it.

If you are in the European Union, you also have the right to object to processing, to request portability, and to complain to your national supervisory authority.
