CEOs, founders and managing partners running real complexity
People who run companies, boards, funds or family offices, where one decision moves a lot of money or a lot of people, and where there is nobody above to hand the problem to.
Private advisory · Google Meet
A confidential session, conducted directly by Juan Pablo Ochoa Vivanco via Google Meet. For leaders who carry decisions that cost something when they go wrong, and who suspect the problem is no longer the strategy but the state they decide from.
The session
Three parts, in this order. You leave with a diagnosis and with the first protocol already fitted to your diary.
The state you decide from
We begin with your physiology, because that is where judgement degrades first. Sleep, recovery, resting heart rate and heart rate variability if you already track them, and the points in the week when your decisions get worse.
These are read as performance signals, not as a medical diagnosis. If something in what you describe needs a doctor, Juan Pablo will tell you so plainly.
Where the hours go
Where the diary is full and the output is not. Meetings that exist to manage urgency, decisions that come back to your desk three times, and the hours that produce nothing strategic.
Most senior leaders answer overload by adding hours. The session looks for the opposite: what can be removed so that each hour carries more weight. The institute calls this temporal density.
Your first protocol
You leave with the institute's first protocol, fitted to your agenda: a sixty-second reset to use before the decisions that matter, built on breathing and attention, and a clear view of what to change first.
Who it is for
The session is not for everyone, and saying so saves both sides time.
People who run companies, boards, funds or family offices, where one decision moves a lot of money or a lot of people, and where there is nobody above to hand the problem to.
You still perform, but it costs more every quarter: shorter sleep, slower decisions, a shorter fuse, and the feeling that the company runs on your adrenaline. That is exactly the point where the work is most useful.
If you are looking for therapy, medical treatment or a crisis service, this is not it, and we will point you to someone who is. The institute works on performance and leadership, not on illness.

Investment
The cost of a private 1-on-1 session is assessed and set case by case, once we have calibrated the size of the problem to be solved. A founder preparing one decision and a leader whose whole company runs on his adrenaline are not the same engagement, and pricing them as if they were would be dishonest.
After the call
If the work fits, Juan Pablo will propose the next step: continued private advisory, a high-immersion seminar for your executive committee, or the seven-day residential boot camp in Uganda.
If it does not fit, he will tell you, and the diagnosis is still yours to keep. Availability is confirmed by reply once the application is read.
Apply
Five questions, so that Juan Pablo arrives at the call already knowing where you are. Everything you write stays between you and him.
